Adage Dance - Cancellation and Returns Policy for Online Orders
Your Rights to Cancel.
You have the right to cancel an order placed with Adage Dance. This begins from the moment you place the order and ends 14 working days after your receive your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify Adage Dance by email to shop@adagedance.co.uk. You will be given a returns number to use when you send your item back. You then have 14 working days to return the items in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached and in a saleable condition. You will then be entitled to a refund of the purchase price only.
In the interests of hygiene, all sales on tights and underwear are considered final, unless the item is faulty. Sales of books, DVDs, CD and Special Orders are considered a final sale unless faulty.
Items that you are returning should be returned with details of your name, address, order number and the returns number you were given.
Refunds will be processed onto the card that the order was paid for, and can take up to 7 working days. Adage Dance will advise you when a refund has been made. It can take up to three working days for the bank to process the funds back into your account.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns received more than 14 days after the delivery date.
Faulty Items
If you think you have received an item with a fault please email shop@adagedance.co.uk. Please advise us of your name address and order number when advising us of a faulty item.
You have 30 days to notify us of a fault and return the item to us. You can choose to exchange the faulty item or have refund.
Exchange or Refund
You have the right to return an item within 28 days for a direct exchange for a different size or colour or a refund. Please email shop@adagedance.co.uk to advise if you want to return an item for exchange or refund and to check availability of the alternative item.
Sales of books, DVDs, CD and Special Orders are considered a final sale unless faulty.
Intimate wear - such as knickers and tights cannot be refunded or exchanged if these have been tried on or worn.
We reserve the right to return items to customers that have obvious evidence of wear such as marks, scuffs and dirty soles without processing the requested exchange or refund.
Returns Postage
You are responsible for paying for returns postage. We recommend using Royal Mail Signed ForTM to return the items in order to ensure that it arrives safely. Adage Dance will not accept responsibility for any parcels which are not received back.
