Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted as including VAT (net prices for purchases outside the EEC).
We reserve the right to alter the prices accordingly in the event of the supplier amending their prices. Unless specified to the contrary, prices are listed without obligation by Adage Dance and are subject to alteration. Adage Dance will endeavour to give notice of any price increase to the buyer before delivery, and the buyer may cancel their contract within 3 days of any such notice.
You will be charged the prices and currency for the country that your goods are delivered to. The price of selected items and taxes applied may change during checkout and delivery details are supplied.
Discounts & Offers
All items listed on our website are also available for purchase in store at our Harrogate Boutique.
Adage Dance may from time to time offer Promotional Discount codes. These may be applied to any, or certain specified, purchases through our website.
Discount Codes may vary from time to time and may change without prior notification. No more than one promotional code can be applied at any given time.
Promotional "3 for 2" offers apply to selected items only, with the cheapest item being free. This offer applies to full price items only.
Adage Dance reserves the right to withdraw or change any offer, promotion or discount at any time with immediate effect.
Any clearance or sales items are subject to availability. As such any clearance prices apply only to selected sizes or colours as specified and do not necessarily apply to whole ranges or lines as specified.
Payments
Adage Dance accepts most major debit & credit cards and PayPal. All payments are due before dispatch or collection is made. On-line payments are transacted on order placement, and sufficient funds should be in your account before you place your order.
All credit and debit cards are subject to successful validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer before orders can be released. If the card issuer declines authorisation, Adage Dance does not accept any liability for any delays, or items not being in stock due to delays in processing payments.
Availability & Delivery
There is no minimum spend limit on your order. All orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
All orders are subject to availability, out of stock items will be placed on back order and may be sent separately at a later date. Limited edition items are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee stock levels of specific sizes or colour when you place your order. If we are not able to dispatch your entire order straight away, we will advise you as soon as possible and place non stock items on back order and keep you updated on the expected dispatch date. These items will be dispatched when they become available again. You have the right to cancel any items placed on back order, and you must inform Adage Dance via e-mail.
Adage Dance will dispatch orders Monday through to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or any days when Adage Dance may be closed over the Christmas and New Year period.
We cannot accept liability for late receipt of goods due to delays form manufacturers or shipping companies. All expected delivery dates are given as a guide only. If you need your order urgently, you should contact us to determine a specific delivery time-scale.
We regularly review and update stock levels on our website, but occasionally mismatches still occur. If your order is urgent, please contact us to check sock availability.
You become the owner of he goods you ordered and responsible for loss or damage once they have been delivered to you.
For in-store collections, we will contact you by telephone or email to advise when items are ready for collection.

Order cancellation
You can cancel an order at any time before the order is dispatched. You can cancel an order by contacting us and we will refund the payments made. We recommend that you call us to cancel your order as a delay may result in the order being dispatched and the order will not be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges
Any items you want to return for exchange or refund (expect tights, underwear, books, CDs and DVDs) should be returned within 28 days from their receipt. Only faulty items can be considered for return outside of this time.
Items must be returned in their original saleable condition with labels attached and in original packaging.
We recommend that all items are returned via recorded mail, returns postage is non refundable unless the item was sent in error, and then only second class postage will be refunded.
Full orders received by a customer and then returned for a full refund within 7 days, will be subject to the outgoing postage and packing charge, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Overseas deliveries accepted for a refund will be subject to the outgoing postage and packing charge.
We recommend all dance wear, tights and underwear are washed by hand. Any items that have been printed or had diamanté applied should be washed by hand in a cool wash to stop the diamanté and print from coming unstuck or fading.
Please allow 7 working days from the date we receive your return for us to process your return.
Account details and Privacy
We will use the contact details you provided for the purposes of contacting you about your order, for this reason, you should make sure you contact details are up to date.
We will occasional email you with promotional offers and details about products. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can click the link in the emails to unsubscribe.
Your account information is personal to you, and we do not have access to your password, if you have forgotten your password you should reset this via the Log In page.
Adage Dance is committed to protecting your personal information and on line privacy. We take the management of you Personal Identifiable Information seriously, we do not sell or disclose this information to any Third Party.
We have an SSL certificate to ensure the safety of your personal information and payment information when you are completing your order.
